When this single was announced, I had my apprehensions considering Karun’s EP was still gloriously fresh in my mind and I was dreading a letdown. That said, I was in for a happy surprise! Karun’s vocals are as heavenly as always and the songwriting hits too close to home- in a good way. The best part about this track is the refrain that Karun sings in Kiswahili. The witchcraft there has me on a choke hold and I am looking forward to more Kiswahili ventures from the lady.
